FaithOnline is committed to ensuring our Platform is accessible to all members of the community, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the standards established by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we work continuously to improve accessibility across our web and mobile experiences.
Our commitment
We design and develop FaithOnline with accessibility in mind, including:
- Supporting screen readers (VoiceOver on iOS, TalkBack on Android, and major desktop screen readers including JAWS and NVDA)
- Keyboard navigation throughout the Platform
- Sufficient color contrast for users with low vision
- Descriptive alt text for images
- Clear form labels and error messages
- Captioning and transcripts for audio and video content where feasible
Ongoing work
FaithOnline is a community platform under active development, and accessibility is an evolving commitment. We continuously audit, test, and improve our Platform. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, we want to hear from you.
